Tourist info - contest site neighbourhood Tallhed airfield is situated nearby the town Orsa in the county of Dalarna Sweden. This is kind of the heart of Sweden. Ever heard of the Swedish tourist souvenir "Dala-horse". Dalarna.. Ring a bell? Ever heaard of Benny Andersson Orchestra? No? Heard of Swedish band ABBA? Benny Andersson? (Anni-frid Björn Benny Agneta = ABBA). Benny Andersson Orchestra consist of several musicians, many from the Orsa spelmän band. Orsa... Ring a bell? Near to Tallhed lie the Swedish lake Siljan. Siljan and some surrounding lakes were formed when a huge meteorite hit the land that later became Sweden many many years ago.
